Built With Care and Quality
We finished our basement with Loyl Construction, with Soren as our project manager. From the first meeting, we knew we would move forward with their company. The bid was thorough, detailed, well explained and fair for the market. Communication was excellent throughout the process- immediate responses, proactive planning and thoughtful tips. Our family had recently welcomed two new babies, and the team was sensitive and kind about this during the construction day. Our basement was finished on time, and we are extremely satisfied. We added several custom features, including built in cabinets, a beer tap etc- and it turned out amazing. Soren led the project competently and was also prompt and polite. We are thankful, and plan to return to Loyl in the future for any construction needs.

We had Soren as our project manager. Soren was very responsive to texts and calls, and it was helpful having one reliable point of contact throughout the project. The quality of work from LOYL’s subcontractors was excellent, and billing was straightforward and tied to visible progress milestones, so we always felt we were paying only for completed work.
Living through a major remodel with children was challenging, but LOYL made a real effort to keep the home livable by limiting water and power interruptions and completing major system replacements within the same day. We greatly appreciated their consideration, and if we ever remodel our kitchen, LOYL Construction will be the first company we contact.

My house was essentially a spec house so most things were already selected but I believe they would do their best to build exactly what a client wants. Honest, Attentive, and Exceptional From Start to Finish
Kurt and Hannah offered thoughtful design ideas, incorporated our needs into the house plan, and helped improve both functionality and aesthetics while staying within budget. Tim communicated clearly each week, responded quickly to our questions, and showed exceptional attention to detail and quality craftsmanship throughout the project.
Lex and Brad kept us informed about the financial side of the build and were always helpful and responsive. A Professional Team and an Outstanding Remodel
Recently Loly Construction completed a kitchen remodel and living room update on my condo. I was very pleased with the outcome of the entire project. The Loyl team was extremely professional and gave me recommendations and updates throughout the project. They were prompt in responding to my questions and willing to complete add on projects to the original contract. All the trades were very professional and quality of work outstanding. The price was reasonable considering the quality of products and amount of remodeling and updates .
Overall I was extremely pleased with my interactions and services from the entire Loyl Construction Team and independent contractors.

More Than a Builder, Friends for Life
Loyl is an excellent company to work with. They first listen to what you want and your vision. They work with you to get everything that you want. They are the most professional company that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They first built me a gorgeous home, then of course I called them when I needed to finish my basement, I now have a gorgeous lower level family space.If you need to build a home or finish a lower level or anything else , they are your company. I can’t tell you enough how much they changed my life. They truly do build relationships. Everyone in this company is totally amazing. They are friends for life. I will definitely keep them in mind for any and all of my build or remodeling projects that I may have in the future.
Reliable Repairs and a Smooth, Responsive Process
Loyl did some major repairs to our church after years of wear and tear. They extended the roof line, upgraded the gutters, replaced a heavy duty exterior door, flashed areas that hadn’t been originally, and a slew of other corrections.
We loved the process, it was nice and easy and everyone on the team responded to everything quickly.

and Built My Dream HomeTim and the whole Loyl Crew were Fantastic! This house was built for me while I was living in North Carolina. Could have been a disaster but it was not. They listened and heard and I now have the house of my dreams.
I have been in my new home for five plus weeks and I am very happy.
The owner even came out to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.
From an Ordinary Backyard to a Party Paradise
We took a typical back yard, and made it a party paradise. 16×16 composite deck with aluminum railings decked out with a continuous drink rail with stairs to a custom stamped and stained concrete patio. We highly recommend and will look to LOYL for any future needs. If future construction is needed for our home, we will be looking to LOYL.
A Peaceful Backyard Upgrade, Done Right
